📑 MyAlexTech ERP – Registration Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the registration and use of MyAlexTech ERP – Ultimate POS. By creating an account, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• Registration is open to businesses, organizations, and authorized individuals seeking to use MyAlexTech ERP for point-of-sale, inventory, and business management.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a business contract.

• All information provided during registration (business name, owner details, contacts, etc.) must be accurate and verifiable.

2. Account Creation

• Each business is entitled to a unique account. Multiple accounts for the same business without approval may be suspended.

• You are required to provide valid business information during registration, including business type, location, and contact details.

• MyAlexTech reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, email, password).

• You must ensure that only authorized staff within your business access the system.

• Any activity performed under your account will be deemed your responsibility.

• You agree not to use the system for fraudulent transactions or activities.

4. System Use

• MyAlexTech ERP is licensed to you for business management purposes only (sales, inventory, accounting, HR, etc.).

• Reselling, redistributing, or providing unauthorized access to third parties is prohibited.

• Abuse of the system, attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities may lead to termination of your account and legal action.

5. Payments & Subscription

• Depending on your package, access to certain modules/features may require subscription fees.

• You agree to make timely payments for subscription renewals or premium services.

• Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Data Privacy

• MyAlexTech ERP collects and processes business data (sales records, inventory, staff details) strictly for operational purposes.

• We do not sell or disclose your business data to third parties, except as required by law.

• You retain ownership of your data, but grant MyAlexTech limited rights to process and back it up within the system.

7. System Availability

• While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

• MyAlexTech is not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by downtime, though we will take all reasonable measures to restore service promptly.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by written notice.

• MyAlexTech may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in illegal activities, fraudulent use, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Upon termination, you may request a backup/export of your business data.

9. Amendments

• MyAlexTech reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• Users will be notified of material changes via email, system notifications, or official communication channels.

10. Acceptance

By completing registration and using MyAlexTech ERP – Ultimate POS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
